Van and Body

• We can convert any long wheelbase 3.5 T van into a 3.5 tonne horsebox. The examples featured are based on a Renault master or Vauxhall Movano chassis. All our vehicles have diesel engines, power steering and 5 or 6 speed gear boxes.
• Our innovative top ramp design has a longer top door to allow for unloading ease. Your horse will be able to turn as soon as both of the doors are open avoiding the panic caused when having to back out blindly in traditional designed boxes. The horse travel is rear facing.
• The large top door also allows a lot of extra light when parked up at shows.
  
• The horsebox sides are made from lightweight 4 element panel. This consists of GRP foam and timber layers. This is incredibly strong and lightweight.
• The inside structure is made from a lightweight 14mm panel. We aim to keep things as light as possible without compromising strength. This will allow you more pay load to play with and better performance and fuel consumption than you would get with heavier conventional boxes.
  
• To enhance the aesthetics of your conversion we have custom mouldings that cover front rear and sides of the body. See our gallery for examples.

 

Horse Area

• The front bulkhead is reinforced with light weight steel and covered with a panel, then light weight EVA rubber.
  A viewing window can be added at the customers request.
• Breast bar between horse and groom is removable for safety and convenience.
  
• The floor is covered in a durable EVA matting. This comes with drain holes for ease of cleaning.
  
• Partition slides on runners for single person manoeuvrability and to allow for wider horses or a mare and foal option.

 

 

Tack Area

• We design the tack area according to your specifications. This can include seating, cupboards, wardrobes and if required we can construct an outside tack locker.
  
• All of our tack areas come with two fold down saddle racks and bridle hooks.
• All of our horseboxes come with weight certificates for peace of mind.
• All of our vehicles are sprayed to your own specification and graphics to suit you.
